Mr. Kumar is a semiconductor industry veteran. In his 20+ year career, he has started and led several companies: Ambrado (integrated multimedia solutions for HDTV & IPTV markets), Anthron (robotic software for entertainment and service robots), and Adimos (wireless multimedia connectivity solutions). His considerable experience spans the areas of: leading R& D teams, successfully commercializing emerging technologies, developing new businesses, M&A, forging strategic partnerships, and private equity investments. At TI, his 15-year tenure included responsibilities as GM (Cable Broadband Communications), Business Development Manager (DSP Group), WW Development Manager (Microcontroller Group). He was a Venture Partner at Crimson and Executive Advisor to Jerusalem Venture Partners.
Mr. Fuller was Chief Engineer for Research and Development at TRW Automotive. He brings 30+ years of hands-on experience in the design and development of new products including automotive fluidic braking systems. His experience includes the invention of, design, and development of automotive fluidic systems as well as hardware configuration for these systems. Nelson earned his Bachelor of Science in Physics from Oakland University. Mr. Fuller holds 22 patents and is an original inventor of the Microstaq™ valve technology.
Mr. Luckevich brings to Microstaq over 20 years of control system design and development experience in hydraulic and pneumatic flow control. As Chief Engineer over chassis control systems at TRW Automotive, he was involved in the design and development of ABS, Traction Control and Vehicle Stability Control systems for the global market. He was also instrumental in new product R&D and developed controls for advanced products including by-wire systems, active damping and roll control. As an Engineering Manager at Allied-Signal Aerospace, Mark was responsible for the design and development of cabin pressure control systems along with other flight critical controls. Mark holds 13 patents. Mark earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from the University Of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.
Dr. Kaina has been with Microstaq since March 2007. He brings more than 15 years experience spanning the areas of strategic marketing, business development, product management and technical development. Prior to joining Microstaq, he spent 10 years at Emerson Climate Technologies with positions based in USA and Asia. While there he was instrumental in the development and commercialization of an emerging compressor technology as well as managing several strategic growth and investment projects. At American Standard, Dr. Kaina led the strategic planning, marketing and product management activities for the Commercial Business Unit. Mr. Kaina holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris (France), a Ph.D. in Engineering from Florida Atlantic University and an MBA from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business.
